Daddy Cool:
Cool Benson is an accomplished makeup artist, musician, dadager, and husband with over 18 years working in the entertainment industry. Using his keen eye for detail and talents for creating unique and innovative looks, Cool has worked on high profile streaming shows such as Disney+ High School Musical: The Musical: The Series and Obi-Wan Kenobi, Daytime TV Shows including The Real, Dr. Phil and The Doctors. He was double-nominated in the same year for Best Makeup for Daytime TV for both The Real and Dr. Phil at the Hollywood Makeup Artists and Hair Stylists Guild Artisan Awards.
He co-starred with his daughter, Daelyanna, in a reality TV series, Raising a F***ing Star and co-wrote and produced a short film, Separate, and two original songs for Daelyanna (Who I Am and Free My Bun). Cool broke through many barriers in his life and throughout his career and uses his experiences to encourage underrepresented individuals to pursue their passions and tell their stories.
About Nicky Sha
Born in Texas, raised in the Midwest, music has always been apart of Nicky Sha's life. She grew up surrounded by writers, singers, artists and musicians. Her parents would sing, write and play music for inspiration, uplifting mood and encouragement. At the age of 15, her parents bought a karaoke machine. This inspired her to create her first in-home radio show. She would listen to the local stations (WYCA, WNUA and WGCI ) and create voice over as she patiently waited to record her favorite songs. This creative expression helped inspire her to begin writing in conjunction with her art and design; with pencil in-hand,she would later became a Graphic Designer and create a playlist for each project. One day after being overwhelmed with designer’s block and extremely stressed to meet a last minute deadline, she began searching for unknown artists with new sounds. She found an amazing artist and listened to the album for hours and met her deadline. She was overwhelmed with appreciation as she understood the power of music and how it impacts your mood, but here… discovered how it also affects the wellbeing, motivation and can change lives. So, she created The360Refuge radio show in Las Vegas, which focused on the positive impacts of music. During this time she became a part-time publicist and actress. One day after leaving the Movie set for Think Like A Man 2, she was inspired by a new career venture and moved to L.A. to pursue a career as a TV Show Host and part-time actor. She has hosted on the red carpet for the Hollywood Christmas Day Parade for ActionMag and has also acted as a body double for TV series BONES, acted in Just Add Magic, and has appeared on Reality TV as a Co-star on E!’s Raising A F****ing Star!
